柳海峰主持研发和开发的Liu OGN系列产品之“三花接骨散”为骨科新药，具有14天骨痂形成，28天临床治愈的神奇效果，从而彻底改写了“伤筋动骨100天”的传统定论。该药取得了国家专利，1995年通过卫生部审批，获得了新药证书。
“Sanhua Bonesetting Powder” in Liu OGN product family developed by Liu is a new drug of orthopedic that features the miraculous efficacy of forming poroma in 14 days and achieving clinical healing in 28 days, thereby thoroughly changing the traditional conclusion that “it takes 100 days to heal from a fracture”. Holding a national patent, the drug won the certificate of new drug after passing the examination and approval by the Ministry of Public Health in 1995.
三花接骨散于1996年被国家经贸委认定为国家级新产品，1996年荣获纽约国际传统医药产品金奖。
In 1996, the drug was recognized by the State Economic & Trade Commission as a state-level new product and won the New York Gold Award for International Traditional Medicinal Products.
柳海峰教授于1996年被国家科委评为“中华十大杰出跨世纪人才”，1999年荣获“廿世纪中国接骨学最高成就奖”。
Professor Liu was elected “10 Best Cross-century Talents of China” in 1996 by the State Science Commission and won the “Prize for Highest Achievement of Chinese Orthopedics in the 20th Century” in 1999.
2001年定居澳门，又继续研制、开发出了新产品“细胞再生营养素”及系列产品：（澳门）柳氏接骨散、细胞再生素、澳门幸酒等，再一次攀登了医学新高峰。
In 2001, he settled down in Macao, where he continues his R&D and brought out the new product—“Cell Regeneration Nutriment”, forming the product line of (Macao) Liu Bonesetting Powder, Cell Revitalin and Macao Happy Wine and marking his conquering of a new medical peak.
柳海峰教授于2005年又申请了国家发明专利，2009年获得国家知识产权局正式授权。从而填补了预防、治疗癌症、心脑血管疾病、骨质疏松症的中成药的空白。
In 2005, Professor Liu filed an application for a national invention patent, which was officially granted by the State Intellectual Property Office in 2009, filling a gap in the Chinese patent medicine for the prevention and treatment of cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and osteoporosis. |
